Account Executive – Beauty Influencer Campaigns

About the role

The Account Executive will act as the operational engine behind a multi‑brand beauty portfolio, ensuring smooth execution of creator campaigns, advocacy activations, community engagement and reporting. Working closely with the Account Supervisor, you will coordinate day‑to‑day activities and guarantee that campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality.

Key responsibilities

• Creator scouting and shortlisting: research and identify relevant creators, beauty advocates and emerging voices that match campaign briefs.
• Briefing & execution: draft creative briefs, coordinate deliverables and manage daily communications with creators.
• Seeding & logistics management: lead product gifting and PR‑box send‑outs, including packaging coordination, dispatch and delivery follow‑up.
• Rights & compliance check: verify music licensing, image rights and ad disclosures, maintain contracts and documentation.
• Tracking & live monitoring: monitor published creator content, capture proofs and update the influencer database/CRM.
• Reporting & data entry: gather campaign metrics, input performance data and compile post‑campaign reports.
• Event & project support: coordinate PR trips, masterclasses and brand events, handling invitations, RSVPs, gifting and logistics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, influencer marketing, social media, PR or communications within an agency or brand environment.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines and operational tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when managing contracts, usage rights, data tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities, confident working with creators, clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
