Marketing AI & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing AI & Automation Specialist who will own our HubSpot ecosystem and replace manual marketing tasks with reliable, documented AI‑driven workflows. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations and cutting‑edge AI tools, enabling the team to focus on high‑impact creative decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI workflows for content creation, campaign execution, and sales enablement (e.g., drafting assistants, content repurposing pipelines, lead‑scoring agents).
• Identify repetitive, high‑volume marketing tasks and automate them using AI and integration platforms.
• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain AI tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) within the marketing stack.
• Write and refine prompts, set guardrails, and fully document each workflow for team use.
• Own the quality, accuracy, and brand consistency of automated outputs, continuously retuning models as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and shipping at least one AI‑powered marketing workflow (e.g., drafting assistant, lead‑scoring agent, content repurposing pipeline).
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot end‑to‑end management.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
