Working Student – Sample Management Expert

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Sample Management Experts in the end‑to‑end sample management process at Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. You will work closely with senior team members, project managers and the plant to ensure sample orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior Sample Management Experts throughout the full sample management lifecycle.
• Collect, clarify and process pre‑order data, including forecast updates and technical specifications.
• Receive and process sample orders from customers or Project Managers.
• Confirm technical definitions with the Sample Management Expert and Project Manager.
• Transmit customer requirements to the plant and communicate planned delivery dates.
• Update internal sample delivery plans after each project meeting.
• Support internal communication with the plant to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program.
• Systematic, organized and precise working style.
• Independent, proactive and able to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in (virtual) teams.
• Customer‑oriented mindset.
• Advanced English (minimum B2); German is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills (preferred).
