Working Student - Logistics & Reporting Support

About the role

Bosch Cluj Plant, a strategic hub for innovation and production in the mobility industry, is looking for a full-time working student to support logistics and reporting. The role covers administrative support, report creation, KPI calculations and operations analysis, and offers the chance to coordinate small projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support and administer the work ramp
• Create reports, charts (Excel, PowerPoint), logistic claim management reports with the customer, 8D reports and transport request forms
• Calculate transport KPIs, enter data and collect, export and analyse deviations and tasks
• Analyse operations: profitability, competitive performance, cost analysis and real cost variations versus standard and forecast targets
• Maintain Kate robots and manipulate Heijunka boards and print Kanban cards
• Support end-of-month closing in the control department and take part in daily meetings and calls
• Prepare presentations and reports, organise and lead meetings in Skype/Teams with customer planners and external customers and suppliers
• Coordinate small projects

Required profile

• Undergraduate or master's student in Purchasing, Economics, Mechanical Engineering or Logistics
• Well organised, focused, able to meet strict deadlines, with a mindset of improvement and growth and a positive attitude
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory

Required skills

• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• SAP
