Logistics Operational Coordinator

About the role

HP is looking for an ambitious, motivated Logistics Operational Coordinator to support its Logistics EMEA team, which manages inbound flows into EMEA distribution centers and outbound flows to customers and partners across EMEA countries. The role covers the operational performance of the Logistics Service Providers running the Distribution Center / Cluster Operations, acting as the main interface for operational matters between the DC and HP, and working closely with the Operations Account Manager on cost performance, capacity planning, service quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational performance and excellence of the DC/Cluster site, including KPI and metric management and corrective actions
• Manage short-term capacity and day-to-day operations, resolving d2d operational issues with LSP and HP stakeholders
• Serve as first escalation point on operational matters
• Oversee receiving, inventory integrity and value-added services, validate invoices and quality claims
• Ensure process and regulation compliance and handle reporting tasks
• Analyze process, performance and cost data to support management decisions and continuous improvement, and act as a subject-matter expert for external partners and HP teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or another relevant field
• Typically 4-7 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, operations or a related field
• Fluency in English is a must; German is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in teams, including virtually, in a complex, multi-cultural environment

Required skills

• Process management and continuous improvement skills; business process management knowledge is an advantage
• Good data analysis skills
• Excellent MS Excel; Power BI and automation experience is an advantage
• Warehouse and inventory management experience, ERP knowledge (SAP) and cross-functional collaboration are advantages
