About the role

Join Bosch's Blaj site as a Working Student in Industrial Engineering, supporting the engineering team in designing work systems and managing time data for a production area. This position offers hands‑on experience in a leading automotive and industrial technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the responsible engineer with work system design and time data management.
• Support development, implementation and maintenance of production methods and standards.
• Measure variations from standards, investigate causes and propose improvements.
• Calculate process times, define standard times and establish standard work sequences.
• Perform ergonomic checks on workstations and document findings.
• Record all relevant information in the central database.
• Help create and update local industrial engineering procedures.
• Collaborate with production areas on time‑data and ergonomic topics.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Technical University program.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic troubleshooting know‑how.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
