Airframe Technician – Manufacturing & Maintenance

About the role

The Airframe Technician will work on the manufacturing and first‑level maintenance of metallic components and small sub‑assemblies for Airbus Helicopters. The role involves producing both non‑complex and complex parts, ensuring traceability, and complying with health and safety standards in a fixed‑term contract at the Brasov facility.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture non‑complex and complex metallic parts and small sub‑assemblies using manual or automated techniques with appropriate jigs, tools and machinery.
• Perform rework on metallic parts or small assemblies to meet engineering specifications.
• Carry out first‑level maintenance tasks and conduct first‑level quality inspections on produced components.
• Maintain complete traceability of parts throughout all manufacturing stages.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure compliance with internal standards.

Required profile

• Professional experience level suitable for a fixed‑term position in metal‑working or aircraft component production.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a strong commitment to act with integrity in all activities.
