Working Student – Electrical Calibration

About the role

Join Bosch's Quality Management and Methods department in Blaj as a Working Student in the Calibration team. You will support internal electrical calibration and metrological inspections on measurement and control equipment, contributing to the reliability of Bosch’s automotive and industrial products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical calibration and metrological inspections on measurement and control devices.
• Maintain the calibration chain by connecting standards and measuring instruments.
• Verify and document calibration results.
• Prepare and update work instructions and procedures, ensuring compliance.
• Assist colleagues with technical questions and propose process improvements.
• Support quality and process departments on calibration‑related topics.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program with an electrical or electronics focus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical principles.
• Conversational level of English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Open‑minded, flexible, and proactive attitude.
