Talent Acquisition Specialist (German Speaking)

About the role

Nagarro, a digital product engineering company with 18,000+ experts across 39 countries, is looking for a curious, data-driven and people-centred Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. Working remotely, you will shape the company's teams by identifying, engaging and hiring talent, while helping to strengthen the employer brand and improve the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective hiring strategies
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent and engaging communication
• Keep applicant tracking system data accurate and up to date

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in the tech industry
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a genuine interest in people and continuous improvement

Required skills

• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels and creative approaches
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and influence decisions with data and insights
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
