About the role

The Student Smart Career program, launched by Bosch Group in Blaj, offers talented university students a scholarship and a summer working‑student position. Participants will gain hands‑on experience in an international environment, supporting projects in automotive and industrial technology.

Key responsibilities

• Work as a student employee during the summer period, contributing to ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with international teams to develop automotive or industrial technology solutions.
• Participate in training and development activities offered by Bosch.

Required profile

• Completed the 1st or 2nd year of Bachelor studies.
• Enrolled at one of the partner universities (e.g., "1 Decembrie 1918" University of Alba Iulia, "Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu, University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology, University of Târgu Mureș, Technical University of Cluj‑Napoca).
• Average academic score of at least 8 for the last year.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Motivation to develop technical and professional skills.
