Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting a high-level Meta Ads strategist to take full ownership of performance for a growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses. The role drives qualified applications and booked inspections, manages client relationships directly and prepares for a leadership position as the team grows. It suits someone with a foundership mentality and a proven track record of scaling accounts through testing and data-driven execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns for 10+ active client accounts
• Build, test and iterate lead gen, VSL and booked-call funnels to maximise conversion
• Own the client relationship, leading weekly reporting calls and giving clear, actionable insights
• Work with leadership to develop ad creative, including hooks, angles and copy
• Monitor budgets, pacing and delivery to ensure efficient scaling and ROI
• Pivot strategies autonomously when metrics underperform
• Document and systematise processes to prepare for onboarding junior media buyers
• Stay ahead of platform changes and algorithm shifts

Required profile

• Proven experience managing $30k-$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts
• Specific experience in Home Services, Home Improvement or Contractor verticals
• Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead quality
• Track record of profitable campaign scaling with a structured testing methodology
• Experience mentoring or reviewing junior media buyers' work
• Background in developing VSL funnels for lead generation
• Previous leadership or head of role in a performance agency
