Senior Medical Representative – Hematology (North-West Region)

About the role

Janssen, part of Johnson & Johnson, is hiring a Senior Medical Representative for its Hematology portfolio in the North-West region of Romania (Cluj-Napoca, Maramureș, Satu Mare, Bistrița, Sălaj). The role is full-time and involves building relationships with key customers, including KOLs, delivering educational content to key accounts and achieving sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with HCPs and support their needs with a clear understanding of the product portfolio and therapeutic area.
• Ensure Janssen products and supporting services are understood and available to HCPs and patients.
• Contribute to and implement territory planning according to the cycle strategy, and identify new opportunities and propose activity plans.
• Schedule appointments and give pre-planned product presentations to HCPs, and reach out to potential new customers.
• Prepare sales reports and documents as required.
• Work with Sales Team members and cross-functional teams, and act in line with company policies, the ARPIM Code of Ethics and Romanian legislation.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 2-4 years of recent experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong experience in oncology, including relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders; hematology experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience working with KOLs and managing strategic customer relationships in specialty care.
• Key account management capability (analyze, plan, prepare, implement, follow-up).
• Fluent Romanian and a communicative level of English.
• Clean driving licence.

• Strategic sales planning, sales projections and trend analysis.
• High ethical standards and knowledge of ARPIM regulations.

What we offer

• Anticipated base pay of 162,000 to 259,900 lei.
• Annual bonus and/or sales commissions depending on performance.
