End User Specialist - Power Tools

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring an End User Specialist for Southern Romania, a field-based position within 100 km of Bucharest. You will demonstrate and promote Stanley Black & Decker power tools at customer sites, supporting the Technical Sales Team with product demonstrations, customer training, technical support and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers and end users on the selection of appropriate power tools and solutions.
• Build and maintain a qualified customer database in the local industrial and construction market.
• Develop trust-based relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Provide technical support to customers, sales representatives and key account managers.
• Organize and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, trade fairs, store-front demos and customer events.
• Support the CEE/EMEA team in training activities and event execution.
• Follow up on leads generated by the sales team and track end-user visits weekly, maintaining monthly plans and updating Salesforce.
• Ensure demonstrations meet high health and safety standards.
• Drive in-store execution through merchandising, product placement, inventory support, product training and end-user sales guidance.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer-facing, field-based, sales support, technical support or product demonstration role.
• Fluency in Romanian and good working knowledge of English.
• Willingness to work extensively in the field, including frequent travel within Romania.
• Proactive, organized and able to work independently while collaborating with sales and regional teams.
