Senior Embedded C++ AUTOSAR Developer and Architect

About the role

We are looking for a senior embedded software engineer to lead the design and architecture of MCU firmware and AUTOSAR components for next‑generation vehicle platforms. The role combines deep C++ development with system‑level design, customer interaction and technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture of MCU firmware and AUTOSAR software components.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define and discuss architectural solutions.
• Design, implement and improve software components such as RTE, COM and PDU routing, including code generators, unit tests and documentation.
• Review and approve requirements, design specifications, source code, test cases and related documentation.
• Apply a code‑first approach using modern C++ (C++11+) without commercial AUTOSAR tooling.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of modern C++ (C++11+) for embedded firmware and drivers.
• Strong understanding of low‑level communication buses (I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Experience with RTOS concepts and multi‑core embedded development.
• Proficiency in C++ unit testing frameworks such as Google Test and Google Mock.
