SAP FICO Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an autonomous and communicative SAP FICO Support Technician to join our Technical Support team in Iasi. The role involves providing email‑based technical assistance to SAP users in accounting and finance, handling multiple tickets and ensuring timely resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support and consultancy to SAP users in the accounting and financial departments via a ticketing system.
• Register incidents, investigate root causes, and document solutions in the ticket management application.
• Prioritize and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Report application design issues and suggest improvements to the SAP environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience supporting SAP applications, preferably in FI‑CO.
• Advanced written and spoken proficiency in French and English.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Willingness to communicate with native French speakers.
