Fullstack Developer – Remote (Junior & Senior)

About the role

We are looking for both junior and senior developers to join our fully remote team building Hausverwalter.ai, an all‑in‑one platform for property management. If you enjoy tackling complex problems and want your work to have a real impact, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack features for the property‑manager product, ensuring a smooth user experience comparable to leading consumer apps.
• Implement and maintain integrations that ingest data from email, phone (Twilio & Vonage), WhatsApp and migrate legacy customer data.
• Enhance the AI‑agent platform with tools, knowledge bases and support both text and voice interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with at least one year of production‑code experience.
• Builder mindset – prefer shipping early iterations to perfecting code reviews.
• Comfortable working autonomously, taking full ownership of tasks and performing well under pressure.

Required skills

• Strong backend and systems‑design experience.
• Database design and query‑performance optimisation.
• Experience building production‑grade AI agents.
• Familiarity with queues and long‑running workflows.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind and shadcn/ui.
