Senior Backend-Developer – Agents (100% Remote)

About the role

Our platform has been an agentic platform since day one, designed to let autonomous agents handle complex property‑management tasks. You will help build and improve these agents, ensuring they act correctly, know when to hand over to a human, and stay aligned with business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Inbox‑Agents that trigger on ticket events, create templates, and decide escalation points.
• Work on Harness Engineering to map property‑manager requests to the right tools and system prompts.
• Improve the Knowledge Base search and learning mechanisms, optimizing AI retrieval and evaluation.
• Build Voice‑Agents for phone interactions using LiveKit, mirroring text‑agent capabilities.
• Maintain LLM infrastructure: select models, cache/stream responses, handle provider failures, optimize RAG, and monitor usage and costs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Seasoned developer with 2+ years of production experience building AI‑native agents.
• Builder mindset – ship a rough v1 quickly rather than over‑planning.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest AI models and research.
• Comfortable working autonomously, taking full ownership, and performing under pressure.
• Fast learner who sees themselves as a generalist.
