Remote Performance Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Remote Performance Marketer to lead our customer acquisition strategy. You will manage significant budgets and optimise full‑funnel campaigns across multiple digital channels while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Provide data‑backed creative briefs for high‑converting ad copy and visuals.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of landing pages, audiences and ad formats.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and report actionable insights.
• Allocate budget across channels to maximise efficiency and scale winning strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes and privacy updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Performance or Growth Marketer with a track record of scaling paid accounts.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to turn raw data into strategic execution.
• Deep knowledge of tracking setups, attribution models and conversion APIs.
• Experience managing monthly ad spends of at least $50k.
• Strong copywriting skills focused on direct‑response marketing.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and excellent communicator for cross‑functional collaboration.
