Logistics Intern – Aerospace Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Intern to join Airbus Aerostructures S.R.L. in Brasov. The internship offers hands‑on experience in logistics operations within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment, supporting the efficient flow of materials and products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring inbound and outbound material movements.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock checks and data entry.
• Collaborate with production, procurement and other internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Participate in preparing logistics documentation such as shipping manifests and delivery notes.
• Contribute to the optimisation of logistics processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with data analysis related to logistics performance and efficiency.
• Follow company policies and procedures concerning safety and quality control.
• Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the logistics team.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Romanian or German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (advantageous).
