Forklift Operator

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our logistics team at Airbus Aerostructures in Brasov. The role involves ensuring safe and efficient transport, loading and unloading of goods, and handling of hazardous materials in compliance with strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and related equipment to load, unload, and stack goods safely.
• Prepare and inspect shipments, verify accompanying documents, and manage export paperwork.
• Handle hazardous and special‑packaged items according to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and supervise transport and handling machinery, ensuring proper functioning.
• Execute internal transport of dangerous goods and waste to designated areas.
• Follow Kanban procedures for material hand‑over and storage of empty packaging.
• Weigh and secure pallets, and prepare containers for truck loading.
• Ensure all transport documentation is completed and handed over in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Professional experience in logistics or material handling, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work under strict safety and quality standards.
• Attention to detail for document control and inventory accuracy.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a shift‑based schedule.
