Stock Management Technician

About the role

The Stock Management Technician is responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, and managing components and auxiliary materials to support production of assemblies. The role ensures accurate inventory control, timely kit preparation, and reliable reporting for the logistics department.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods and record them based on incoming documents.
• Store items in clearly defined, appropriate spaces.
• Maintain systematic, chronological FIFO records of stock data.
• Conduct physical inventories (annual and periodic) as required.
• Provide stock information to internal departments and supervisors.
• Process and retain information regarding stock status.
• Report monthly on stock management performance.
• Prepare replenishment requirements using the “Replenish” system.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures for stock entry and storage.
• Capability to generate regular reports and communicate stock levels.
