Key Account Specialist - Advanced Surgery (North-West & Central Romania)

About the role

Baxter is looking for an Advanced Surgery Sales Representative covering the North-West and Central Romania territory, with preferred locations in Timisoara, Oradea, Arad, Cluj, Bistrita, Brasov and Targu Mures. The role drives new account development and expansion of existing accounts for current and future Advanced products, with full responsibility for sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers such as surgeons, operating room staff and hospital administration
• Develop and implement local and regional sales strategies to defend and expand the product portfolio
• Increase on-label use of Baxter products through presence in the surgical suite, in-servicing and educational presentations across surgical specialties
• Monitor product sales and work with Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Attend regional and local surgical conferences and give feedback on product simplification and standardization
• Work with other sales representatives to increase product penetration in accounts
• Create, own and promote marketing events supporting sales targets

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in surgical specialties, with knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Proven sales performance
• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant medical device/healthcare sales experience in an operating room environment
• Valid driver's license

What we offer

• Minimum annual salary of 160,000 RON, possibly higher depending on skills, experience and other factors
