Sales Manager, Online School (Romanian Speaker)

About the role

Abakus School, an international school of neuromathematics and cognitive development for children aged 5-12, is expanding and looking for a sales manager who knows the stages of sales and can motivate clients to buy a course. The role is fully remote and based in Bucharest.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone (inbound and outbound calls) and WhatsApp to promote and sell additional educational products.
• Guide clients from their first inquiry through to a successful demo lesson.
• Handle client requests, questions and individual requirements.
• Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM according to company procedures.
• Attend team meetings, manager reviews and training sessions.
• Address customer objections and give professional advice so clients choose the most suitable educational plan.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to support satisfaction and sales performance.

Required profile

• Native-level Romanian.
• English B2-C1 (speaking and writing).
• Basic Russian is a plus.
• Experience in customer support or education is a bonus.

Required skills

• Tech-savvy: quick with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM and chat platforms.
• Proactive, empathetic and detail-oriented, able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

What we offer

• Salary of EUR 700 per month plus 8% commission on every sale during the summer; from September the base remains EUR 700 with a new bonus system.
