Junior Group Accountant

About the role

As a Junior Group Accountant you will support the Senior Group Accountant in delivering accurate, timely and high‑quality consolidated financial reporting for the Awin Group under IFRS. The role offers broad experience in group accounting, consolidation and IFRS reporting with structured guidance and clear development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Group Accountant with group consolidation activities and IFRS reporting.
• Support monthly and annual group closing, prepare intercompany reconciliations and group reporting packages.
• Contribute to financial analysis, management reporting and audit requests.
• Maintain and document the LucaNet consolidation tool and support local finance teams on entity accounting.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, group accounting, consolidation or audit (including internships).
• Basic understanding of consolidation processes and working knowledge of IFRS.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages (Romanian/German) are a plus.
