IT Service Desk Support (Turkish Speaking)

About the role

This 18‑month fixed‑term position supports internal and external customers in a multilingual environment, handling IT service requests and incidents while communicating in Turkish and English. The role blends technical troubleshooting with strong customer service, offering flexible home‑working options.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and categorize customer problems or requests using the designated data capture tool.
• Diagnose issues, follow defined procedures, and resolve tickets or escalate when necessary.
• Document troubleshooting steps and communicate status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely incident notification and escalation.
• Continuously develop knowledge of the customer’s business environment, products, and industry trends through on‑the‑job and classroom training.

Required profile

• Fluent Turkish and upper‑intermediate English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Professional discretion, confidentiality, and a positive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Ability to work in rotating shift schedules (8:00‑20:00).

Required skills

• Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in operating standard office equipment (printer, phone, photocopier, etc.).
