IT Service Desk Support (Dutch speaking)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a motivated IT Service Desk Support professional who is fluent in Dutch to join its early‑career team. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, handling incidents, requests and problem resolution while ensuring high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and classify customer issues and requests using the designated data capture tool.
• Identify problems, follow defined procedures and resolve incidents or route them to the appropriate team.
• Document troubleshooting steps, maintain accurate records and communicate status updates.
• Escalate incidents according to Service Level Agreements to guarantee timely resolution.
• Develop knowledge of the customer’s business environment, SLAs and product performance requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch with Upper‑Intermediate English.
• Strong problem‑solving, escalation and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail, discretion and professional judgment.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate standard office equipment.
