Ignition SCADA Engineer - MES/MOM Team Lead/Consultant

About the role

Accenture Industry X is looking for a mid-level, full-time Ignition SCADA Engineer to join its MES/MOM team lead or consultant role. The position works across teams to turn business needs into practical solutions that improve and automate manufacturing processes, and is open to multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend technology and process improvements for production, order and recipe management, inventory and quality.
• Standardize and automate manufacturing processes.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Develop and support solutions using Inductive Automation Ignition and PLC technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with operational goals.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of the Inductive Automation Ignition platform.
• Expert knowledge of PLC safety programming.
• Nice to have: Industrial IoT platform testing, MQTT, SCADA development, data analysis, process automation.
