European GenAI Solutions Expert

About the role

Provident Romania is looking for a European GenAI Solutions Expert to help shape and scale its Generative AI solutions across Europe. You will design, build and govern Copilot Studio agents, ensure secure and effective implementations and support the wider GenAI community with expertise, standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and continuously improve Copilot Studio agents throughout the full solution lifecycle.
• Define, implement and operate governance standards for Copilot Studio and Power Platform environments.
• Ensure secure, scalable and effective integrations between Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, business applications and ticketing platforms.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to System Analysts, Developers and Testers working on GenAI initiatives.
• Monitor Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI developments and identify improvements to solutions and ways of working.
• Ensure GenAI solutions comply with technology standards, security requirements and Responsible AI principles.
• Support the European GenAI community through knowledge sharing, reusable components, frameworks and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience designing, building and maintaining Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
• Experience defining and enforcing governance standards across Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments.
• Ability to coach, support and mentor cross-functional teams including System Analysts, Developers and Testers.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Required skills

• Practical development experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams as integration platforms.
