Financial Controlling

About the role

We are seeking a curious and analytical professional to join our finance team as a Financial Controlling specialist. You will support reporting, budgeting and performance tracking while working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial reporting activities and conduct recurring analysis.
• Contribute to P&L construction and monitor financial performance.
• Prepare budget follow‑up reports, forecasts and cost analyses.
• Handle both regular reports and ad‑hoc business requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial needs and deliver insights.
• Develop and lead the annual budgeting process for your area of responsibility.

Required profile

• Background in Business Analysis with hands‑on experience in financial processes such as reporting, budgeting or cost tracking.
• Strong ability to structure data and translate it into clear insights.
• Client‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to travel locally.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, TM1)
