Controller in Customer Team

About the role

We are looking for a Controller to join the Customer Team at Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. The position focuses on sales controlling and pricing, supporting the planning, tracking and reporting of sales KPIs for a global business.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination of planning, deployment, tracking and reporting of sales KPIs.
• Coordinate worldwide teams for current forecast planning, target business plan and year‑end closure activities.
• Perform complex data and deviation analysis and ensure data quality through plausibility checks.
• Collect and analyse data for business reports that provide insight into key performance indicators.
• Optimize processes and tools, set up and evaluate new business requirements.
• Represent the division to Bosch Mobility Central and other divisions, and train associates on processes and tools.

Required profile

• University or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in controlling, sales reporting or a similar function.
• Good level of English (German is a plus).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Excel, including macros and VBA.
• Power BI dashboard creation.
