Financial Controller FP&A with French

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service leasing, subscription services, fleet management and multi-mobility solutions, is looking for a Financial Controller FP&A with French in Bucharest. The role supports financial planning and analysis to drive business performance, manages the monthly close and produces accurate group reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning and analysis activities to drive business performance
• Manage the monthly closing process, including preparation, review and presentation of financial results
• Deliver accurate and timely group reporting and contribute to consolidation processes
• Ensure alignment between business data and financial accounting
• Produce ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions
• Develop and monitor business plans, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Design and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel) tracking margins, profitability and KPIs
• Monitor operating expenses (OPEX) and analyse variances
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reporting quality

Required profile

• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Ability to synthesise information
• Fluent French, written and spoken
