Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Application) with French

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service leasing, subscription services, fleet management and multi-mobility solutions, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (cash application) based in Bucharest. The role provides transactional accounting support and ensures accurate, timely processing of financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Provide transactional accounting support, including data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations and maintenance of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and support the finance team in its daily operations.
• Maintain the accuracy of financial data by ensuring correct and timely processing.

Required profile

• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• French at advanced or intermediate level.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (AP/AR, GL).
• Familiarity with ERP and accounting systems.
