Festival Specialist - On Premise Events

About the role

Red Bull Romania is looking for a Festival Specialist in Bucharest to lead the local strategy and implementation of initiatives that grow Red Bull's availability, presence and brand across Romanian festivals and events, from music festivals and street parades to warehouse parties, block parties, open airs and after parties. The role also contributes to developing and delivering Red Bull-owned events in bars, nightclubs and festivals.

Key responsibilities

• Adopt the Red Bull "OP" culture, act as an active brand ambassador and monitor brand image standards
• Execute and adapt international marketing guidelines to local market needs and own the local strategy for availability, activation and presence at events
• Contribute significantly to the On Premise Business Plan and manage event tools and POS, including set-up and warehousing logistics
• Track, record and evaluate event results, share best practices with the national On Premise team and use agencies, logistics partners and promoters to maximum effect
• Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities and build a network of external promoters, influencers and key decision makers
• Map and identify new listing opportunities, maintain partnerships and train On Premise teams on activation of marketing initiatives and POS
• Develop and translate national campaigns into the events landscape, applying industry marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with decision makers
• Create, develop and deliver local Red Bull party and socializing events, using and localizing assets from brand marketing teams and collaborating with Red Bull Media Network to increase reach

Required profile

• At least 3 years of sales and/or consumer event experience
• In-depth knowledge of on-premise and event marketing, and strong event and festival industry knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training abilities
• Willingness to work weekends and at night
