Customer Claims and Compensation Expert

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Claims and Compensation Expert to join Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. You will work closely with global Sales, Finance, Customer Teams and Business Units to manage claims processes and support financial evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor claims topics at the global level, including general, economic, repricing and tariff claims.
• Consolidate, validate and analyse claims data from multiple business units.
• Prepare and review claims calculations, financial evaluations and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and produce regular and ad‑hoc reports.
• Support planning, forecasting and reporting activities related to claims.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales controlling, finance, pricing, claims management or commercial finance.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, attention to detail and proactive communication.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus.
