Commercial Team Leader with English

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven, people‑focused Commercial Team Leader to manage our acquisition team in Iasi. You will lead a group of prospectors, drive performance and help shape our commercial strategy in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5–7 prospectors.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Track KPIs, analyse results and propose action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate team members toward high performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience and a passion for developing people.
• People‑oriented, able to inspire, coach and empower a team.
• Results‑focused and motivated by measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on approach, working side‑by‑side with the team.
• Confident English communication (B2+) and comfortable in a multicultural setting.
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
