Commercial Manager (English required)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead our acquisition team in Iasi. The role combines team leadership with hands‑on involvement in purchasing activities, ensuring the team meets its targets while fostering a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of 4‑5 buyers and oversee daily purchasing operations.
• Provide proximity management and coaching to the acquisition team.
• Evaluate performance, supervise tasks, and support problem‑solving.
• Analyze results, identify gaps and implement actions to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure smooth transfer of responsibilities and maintain high service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial or purchasing environment.
• People‑oriented mindset with a passion for developing team members.
• Results‑driven attitude and ability to turn objectives into measurable goals.
• Adaptable, hands‑on leader who works side‑by‑side with the team.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (B2+).
