Business Analyst for ERP Software Solutions

About the role

Axians Infoma Romania is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge customers, business stakeholders, and development teams, shaping and enhancing ERP solutions for public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements, business processes, and operational challenges.
• Document business and functional requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Develop concepts and solution designs to extend and improve existing ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, development teams, and customers to create effective software solutions.
• Conduct functional, acceptance, and quality assurance testing.
• Act as the primary contact for product‑related questions and business process topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a comparable field.
• Strong understanding of business, commercial, or financial processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured, detail‑oriented approach.
• Interest in digital transformation, business process optimization, and software solutions.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) and good German language skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably in finance, administration, or public sector environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or process management.
