Beverage Custodian - F&B Inventory Control

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and reliable Beverage Custodian to join its Food & Beverage team in Bucharest. The role takes ownership of beverage inventory for Meetings & Events, ensures accurate stock control and manages inventory transfers across the F&B outlets in the hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage beverage and consumable stock for Meetings & Events, including receiving, storage, issuing, returns and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure timely beverage preparation and distribution for conferences, banquets and other events.
• Monitor beverage consumption, keep accurate records and support correct event billing.
• Process and control inventory transfers between restaurants, bars, kitchens, M&E and storage using Materials Control (MC).
• Perform regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies and keep inventory records accurate.
• Prepare stock, consumption and inventory transfer reports with the Cost Control team.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO stock rotation, storage conditions and compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Work with F&B Operations, Purchasing, Receiving and Cost Control.

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, beverage operations or F&B, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience with Materials Control (MC) or a similar inventory system is required.
• High school diploma; hospitality qualifications or HACCP certification are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or public holidays depending on operational needs.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of inventory procedures, stock reconciliation and FIFO/FEFO.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork, and good command of English.
