Banqueting Cook

About the role

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest, located on Calea Victoriei, is looking for a Banqueting Cook to join its Food & Beverage Service Team. The team acts as sophisticated hosts who anticipate guests' needs and deliver a hospitality experience above and beyond expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department, which delivers the guest dining experience across the whole hotel.
• Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction, responding positively and promptly to enquiries and resolving problems.
• Take responsibility for the duties assigned, carrying them out in a timely and professional way.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, helping achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and attain productivity and performance levels.
• Maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation prepared for internal and external audits, and follow up as required.

Required profile

• Experience in a la carte kitchen.
