Accounts Payable Associate (AP 5A)

About the role

Genpact is hiring an Associate for its F&A - AP team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This is a non-voice, core accounting position within the accounts payable function, working on invoice processing and payment. The role is hybrid, with a standard work shift.

Key responsibilities

• Check, process and pay vendor invoices
• Handle email queries from vendors and internal stakeholders
• Resolve clarifications with vendors and internal stakeholders by writing emails or making calls
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve open items arising from them

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance
• Certifications such as Accounts Payable, F-TecF-Tec, CAMS, CFA, CFE or CPA are listed as qualifications
• Upper intermediate English (B2); Turkish is required
