Senior Fullstack Developer

About the role

Join Bosch Engineering Center Cluj as a Senior Fullstack Developer and help shape the company’s transformation into an AIoT leader. You will work on cutting‑edge web and cloud solutions that drive automated driving, electric and connected mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the AIoT transformation by contributing to the Data‑Centric software team.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy web and cloud‑based applications.
• Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code following modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with architects to integrate solutions into a micro‑services, Azure‑based infrastructure.
• Partner with DevOps to implement cloud‑native test automation and deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with back‑end technologies like Java, Python, C# or Node.js.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, micro‑services architecture, and message brokers.
• Hands‑on experience with public clouds (Azure, AWS) and containerised deployments.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines).
• Familiarity with AI‑powered coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
