HR Specialist

About the role

SD Worx is looking for an HR Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle in our Bucharest office. You will act as the main point of contact for personnel administration, ensuring compliance with Romanian labour legislation and delivering a seamless experience for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Generate all personnel documents, including employment contracts and addendums.
• Present contract terms and conditions to new hires.
• Maintain physical and electronic personnel files.
• Record and update employee data in the colourful.hr administration system.
• Process contract changes through Revisal via colourful.hr.
• Manage occupational health and safety processes and medical check procedures.
• Issue documents requested by employees and facilitate document signing.
• Respond to inquiries regarding contract terms.
• Prepare field‑specific reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR administration or personnel management.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labour legislation.
• Fluency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with HR systems (colourful.hr) and electronic personnel file management.
