Talent Acquisition Partner – Strategic Hiring for Airbus Defence & Space

About the role

Join Airbus Defence and Space Romania as a Talent Acquisition Partner, driving strategic hiring for the RISE expansion in Bucharest. You will build pipelines of innovators and leaders, aligning recruitment with business growth and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted consultant to local leadership, creating compelling job profiles and aligning recruitment with growth.
• Drive the talent ramp‑up for the Romanian expansion, managing end‑to‑end recruitment across technical, operational, and strategic roles.
• Define proactive sourcing strategies using AI tools, social media and modern channels to engage active and passive talent.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, apply modern assessment methods and guide selection decisions.
• Collaborate with Group HR and transnational Employment Communities to ensure compliance with global guidelines and Romanian labor law.
• Represent Airbus at university fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding and early‑career pipelines.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a matrix‑organized international corporation (aerospace, high‑tech, engineering).
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• Proven experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced recruiting or ramp‑up projects.
• Advanced skills in direct sourcing, ATS management and digital recruitment trends.
• Knowledge of Romanian employment practices and hiring regulations.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) and Romanian.
