DevOps Engineer – Remote

About the role

Tether Operations Limited is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join its global fintech team on a fully remote basis. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines that support our fast‑moving digital finance products.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and operate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub (Actions or similar) with a focus on test‑driven deployment.
• Automate release management and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Containerize services with Docker and manage multi‑language build workflows for JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++ packages.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate pipelines, monitor performance, and ensure security compliance.
• Maintain documentation and continuously improve pipeline reliability and speed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Strong background in building and scaling CI/CD pipelines for complex, multi‑language projects.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
