Working Student – Laboratory Support (Electronics Testing)

About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Working Student in Laboratory Support, focusing on electronics testing. You will work closely with the Electronic Analysis team to perform diagnostic activities, support failure analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electronic analyses and diagnostic activities based on customer requirements and documentation.
• Support failure analysis and troubleshooting of electronic components and assemblies.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of test results and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare reports and documentation for performed analyses.
• Contribute to urgent issues, task forces, line stops, and quality investigations.
• Maintain 5S standards and handle laboratory equipment correctly.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to engineers on ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Electronics, Robotics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits and measurement equipment.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Results‑, process‑ and quality‑oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good English language proficiency.
