Working Student Laboratory Support (Chemical Testing)

About the role

Join Bosch's strategic Cluj plant as a Working Student supporting chemical testing in the laboratory. You will contribute to high‑quality analyses that meet customer requirements while gaining hands‑on experience in a leading engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical and chemical analyses according to customer specifications and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all analysis results.
• Prepare final reports summarising the performed analyses.
• Support urgent issue resolution and project tasks such as task forces and line stops.
• Maintain 5S standards in the laboratory workspace.
• Assist engineers with daily activities and ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks flexibly and efficiently.
• Results‑, process‑ and quality‑oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills and effective teamwork.
• Proficient English language skills.
