Security Systems Specialist (English required)

About the role

The Security Systems Specialist will act as the single point of contact for customers, handling technical issues and inquiries related to security solutions. The role involves providing remote support, incident management, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Work in early, late, and night shifts as required.
• Follow incident management procedures and log all customer requests across all communication channels.
• Identify and record accurate customer contact details.
• Create and escalate tickets to second‑level support.
• Perform and document remote support sessions following established procedures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues end‑to‑end.
• Track tickets through resolution and follow up with customers.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues, including training after second‑level sessions.
• Provide backup support for team members when needed.
• Set up and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Escalate complaints to team leaders or Operations Manager.
• Assist customers in collecting system data and logs.
• Support project KPIs and adhere to organizational quality standards.
• Read, understand, and apply relevant procedures.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct superior.

Required profile

• University diploma or high‑school diploma.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Strong communication skills, active listening and appropriate tone.
• Customer‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to stay calm in tense situations.
• Positive attitude, autonomy and persuasive skills.
• Willingness to promote the company’s image.
