Order Management Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Order Management Analyst to join Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara. The role focuses on timely and accurate processing of orders and quotations within SAP, ensuring a smooth flow from order entry to invoicing while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with information on price, availability, order status and product details.
• Process customer returns and manage claims using SAP.
• Extract, analyse and monitor open orders through SAP reports for invoicing purposes.
• Communicate daily order execution status to customers and address inquiries via phone or email.
• Raise and update SAP master data requests, including customer records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects related to order management.
• Follow and apply internal procedures and perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• University or high‑school diploma.
• Fluent English (C1) with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good conflict‑management skills.
