Sales Management Support

About the role

As a Quotation and Sales Process Expert, you will support global acquisition activities and series business management at Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. You will ensure structured documentation, transparent business case preparation, and consistent risk tracking throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal preparation for acquisitions, including kick‑off meetings, documentation, and internal approvals.
• Maintain acquisition timelines, support customer relationship manager milestones, and provide business case inputs such as costs, effort estimates, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and consolidate Sales Business Frames for internal acquisition evaluations and organize lessons‑learned sessions.
• Support engineering change request preparations, including change offers, business case simulations, and milestone documentation.
• Coordinate product lifecycle activities such as end‑of‑series management, part‑number cancellations, and preparation of ban letters.
• Facilitate structured information exchange between engineering, logistics, purchasing, quality, and customer‑facing teams.
• Track KPIs, update dashboards, and prepare regular reports.
• Identify and contribute to process‑improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, finance or related business functions.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with business case development.
• Excellent coordination and cross‑functional communication skills.
