Working Student – SAP Process Monitoring (S/4HANA transition)

About the role

We are looking for a structured and proactive Working Student to join our SAP Process Expert team at Bosch’s Cluj plant. The role supports the S/4HANA transition by monitoring progress, tracking open issues and ensuring transparent project status. You will work closely with experienced SAP professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to a large‑scale transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update central tracking tools such as Excel, SharePoint, SAP tools or project boards.
• Monitor open points, action items and project milestones, flagging delays or bottlenecks.
• Collect status updates from team members and provide weekly summaries or dashboards.
• Support the preparation of management updates and reporting materials.
• Help improve the tracking structure and overall transparency within the team.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled university student (any field of study).
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate effectively in English.
• Proactive mindset, able to spot risks or delays early.
